Welcome
I am passionate about the transforming power of counseling and psychotherapy. Allow yourself to accept and embrace changes in your life with professional insight to assist in healing and making progress toward your goals. I provide a sanctuary for the exploration of your needs in order to experience vital changes in your life.
Therapeutic Goals
Therapeutic Focus
I focus on creating healthy relationships and healthy lifestyles through an integration of spirituality and science. I create a safe place for my clients to create new meanings, directions, and purpose. I work with depression, anxiety, impulsivity, conflict, relationship improvement, alcohol and drug use, marriage and family, trauma and grief. I work across the entire life span to help children, teens, and adults successfully meet the challenges of life's many transitional borders. I work with you to discover new possibilities in your life that are real and positive. I provide psychological testing for children's and adult's mental health functioning.
Therapist Background
I have pursued the integration of science and spirituality for creating transformative psychotherapy with my clients. I have worked extensively to provide effective help for couples, individuals, families through my years of study and personal growth. My education includes earning the Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Education degrees at the University of Washington. My education in spirituality includes studies at Princeton and Fuller Theological Seminaries, work as a church pastor, and, more recently, the study of energy for personal transformation.
