My Background and Qualifications

I have always had an interest in how people change. My professional training included the study of business, education, spirituality, art and energy. I believe that we are essentially spiritual beings living human lives and it is possible to express ourselves authentically in every aspect of our life.

I have combined multiple disciplines into my practice for the purpose of empowerment. When I received training in hypnotherapy, it provided a necessary key that enables me to provide profound change for my clients. I have found the process very effective for accessing the possibilities that exist within us but outside our conscious minds.

We really can create extraordinary in every area of our life. I love this work. This is my dream and expression of a possible life. My promise to you is hold the space and share healing processes with you so you can begin to live your live with greater ease and self expression.
